Greeters and ushers welcome parishioners and guests as they enter the church for Mass.  They pass out bulletins and other information as needed. They find a family to take the gifts to the priest.  They rearrange the music books and missalettes after Mass and clean the pews.  They also put the collection in an area in the sacristy ready to be counted by the money counters.

During busy Masses, they also find members of the congregation places to sit.
